HPLs Change Management Series
is a complete Change Management resource. As our clients reengineer, restructure,

The two key learning modules in
our Change Management Series engage everyone in the organization in the
change initiative. They help each person to understand the upcoming change
and their response to it, and help each participant acquire new skills
to successfully implement change.


Mastering
Change is a one-day workshop that enables individuals and teams to
learn new skills that will help them to thrive during times of
continuous and rapid change. This workshop provides an excellent introduction
for employees and managers who are working in organizations that are undergoing
changes of all types and magnitudes. Mastering Change teaches the
specific skills and techniques to help individuals move steadily through
the five stages of the change process.
Mastering Change builds on
an appreciation of the context and process of change. Upon completion
of this workshop, the participants will:
- assess
where they are in each of the five stages of the change process,
- explore and
work through their resistance to change,
- develop an
action plan to not just survive, but to thrive, during the upcoming
change,
- learn a model
for choosing where and when to explore and take action, and
- analyze and
expand their support network for the change.

implement a well thought-out plan for organizational transformation and
improvement. This two-day workshop focuses change leaders on how to manage
the changes that will occur with people, processes, and procedures, as
well as avoid the many pitfalls that could exist. Leaders and managers

Leading Change enables leaders
to develop an action-oriented plan for guiding a team through organizational
improvement and change.
Managers and other individuals
filling leadership roles will learn the most effective ways to work
with participants who have mastered individual change skills. The challenge

to understand the necessity for the change while providing tools and
coaching on ways to effectively implement new processes for improvement.
